How does the purchasing process work?

We will let you know how the purchasing process works:

• After receiving your order and payment, we will schedule your ordered dryer in the production process at the factory in Sweden.
• You will receive a confirmation from us with an indication of the delivery time, currently 4-6 weeks.
• After the factory has notified you of completion, you will receive confirmation from us so that we can schedule delivery with our carrier.
• The delivery date will then be communicated to you by email.
• The delivery is up to the threshold. The dryer will be delivered on a mini pallet and is well protected packed with cardboard, Styrofoam and foil.
• You will then have to put the dryer in place yourself.
• The dryer is then immediately ready for use!
